VenuEdge provides digital screen advertising solutions to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Sports & Live Entertainment Venues across the United States. This Policy reflects our operational practices and aligns with applicable U.S. state and federal laws, including New Jersey regulations.

VenuEdge does not collect, access, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
We do not gather or store:

Advertising guidelines
Digital screen details
Screen availability data
Creative approvals
Proof of Play (PoP) reports and logs

We use non-personal and institutional data exclusively to:
Match advertiser demand with audience preferences and screen inventory
Execute and manage advertising campaigns

Facilitate financial settlement and reporting between VenuEdge and venues
