VenuEdge provides digital screen advertising solutions to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Sports & Live Entertainment Venues across the United States. This Policy reflects our operational practices and aligns with applicable U.S. state and federal laws, including New Jersey regulations.

1. Information We Do and Do Not Collect

No Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

VenuEdge does not collect, access, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
We do not gather or store:

  • Names

  • Email addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Any data that can identify an individual

Non-Personal & Institutional Data

We may collect and use the following:

a. Institutional Operations Data

  • Advertising guidelines

  • Digital screen details

  • Screen availability data

  • Creative approvals

  • Proof of Play (PoP) reports and logs

  • Ad campaign performance data

(Data may be provided by institution personnel or collected through our systems.)

b. Third-Party Aggregate Data

  • Anonymized location intelligence

  • Purchasing behavior trends

  • Demographic insights

No identifiers (such as IP addresses or device IDs) are used to link this data to individuals.

2. Purpose of Data Usage

We use non-personal and institutional data exclusively to:

  • Match advertiser demand with audience preferences and screen inventory

  • Execute and manage advertising campaigns

  • Generate campaign performance and revenue attribution reports

  • Facilitate financial settlement and reporting between VenuEdge and venues

3. Data Storage and Protection

All data is securely stored on U.S.-based infrastructure, including:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • Monday.com

  • QuickBooks

We implement:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest

  • Industry-standard security protocols

VenuEdge does not store:

  • Sensitive financial data

  • Institutional system credentials

4. Cookies and Web Analytics

Currently, VenuEdge’s public website:

  • Does not use cookies

  • Does not use tracking pixels or web beacons

  • Implement required consent mechanisms in compliance with applicable laws

5. Data Sharing and Sub-processors

We do not sell or rent any data.

We may engage trusted third-party service providers for:

All sub-processors are governed by:

  • Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)

  • Applicable data protection and privacy standards

6. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13.

VenuEdge operates in:

  • Stadiums

  • Theaters

We do not knowingly collect or process data related to minors.

Since VenuEdge does not collect or store PII:
